Who is HOFA?
Hall of Fame Authentics (HOFA) is a Philippines only, one stop shop for all your authenticated sports memorabilia needs, we offer all kinds of memorabilia – from jerseys, shoes, posters and other sports equipment, and optional display cases. Aside from the product range, we offer education about the authenticated sports memorabilia hobby as well. Backed by the decade of experiences of our founders, we aim to share with you, our customers, information about the hobby, from the different authenticators and products to the possible investment opportunities in the authenticated sports memorabilia hobby.

Which authenticators are available at HOFA?
Currently, we are focused on the Upper Deck Authenticated and Panini Authenticated memorabilia. In the future, we aim to make all authenticators available in our website – Steiner, Fanatics, PSA/DNA, JSA and Beckett.

What areas do you cover?
We offer a flat shipment rate to any address in the Philippines – Nationwide. However, for customers who wish to avail of the optional display cases or our framing services, please be advised that we are offering local pickup only.

How fast do you deliver?
Unless the item is available, in order to maintain the lowest possible prices for our clientele, every order made on our site will be on a pre-order basis. Once we determine that your pre-ordered item is in stock, we will send you an order confirmation email notifying you to pay for the item. Once paid, your item will be delivered from our partner authenticators abroad to your doorstep.

For Metro Manila customers, we outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 14 working days from payment.

For Metro Manila customers who have chosen to avail of the optional display case or our framing services, you will be notified to pickup your order within 28 working days from payment.

For customers outside of Metro Manila, we outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 21 working days from payment.

For customers outside of Metro Manila who have chosen to avail of the optional display case or our framing services, you will be notified to pickup your order within 35 working days from payment.

If you have waited patiently and have not received your package within the prescribed number of days, kindly email us at info@hofa.ph and we will do our best to check with the courier regarding the status of your package.

Are you open 24/7?
As of the moment, we process orders as soon as we receive them however, since we are working with partners abroad, we have to abide by their working schedule. Please allot 1-2 working days from pre-order to order confirmation.

Is there a minimum order?
No.

What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit cards (via PayPal), and lay-away plans. For lay-away plans, please email info@hofa.ph for further information.

Can I send an order to another person as a gift?
Yes. Just input the full shipping address of the third party.

Can I pick-up the item in person?
Yes. You can pick-up your order at our office address.

I am looking for a specific item/athlete that you don’t have on the website. Who can I contact?
We do take special orders for rare/hard to find items that we don’t currently have on the site. Please send an email to info@hofa.ph.

What happens if I want to return an item?
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Every care has been taken to assure that you receive your order precisely in the manner you requested it. If you have received merchandise that has been damaged during shipment or is defective, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges in the form of a credit to the original PayPal/credit card used to make the purchase.
Please email us at info@hofa.ph within 48 hours of receipt of your package if you have received merchandise that has been damaged during shipment or is defective. However, all items must be returned within 15 days of receipt and with accompanying proof or purchase (a copy of the electronic invoice and Paypal/credit card proof of payment). Remember to save all original packing materials and use it to securely reseal your package for return.

Every item undergoes a 5 point inspection process:
1. The product is inspected to be in good condition
2. The signature on the product is checked
3. The product’s tamper-resistant, serialized hologram is inspected to see if attached properly
4. The product’s tamper-resistant, serialized hologram and certificate of authenticity (COA) are counter checked to match
5. The product’s serialized number is recorded in our partner’s online databases. This number can be counter-checked on our “Verify Memorabilia” tab for full verification of the item.
Once an item passes the 5 point inspection process, items are sent for delivery.

What do we recommend for displaying autographed memorabilia?
Framing or encasing authenticated sports memorabilia is the perfect way to showcase them. We offer framing services and display cases as an optional add on, on our website. We do recommend that items not be exposed to direct sunlight, ultraviolet light or any other direct light as this may cause fading to signatures and hand-numbering or discoloration to the item over time. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that are improperly displayed or stored by the customer.
