Anthony Davis wasn’t a top recruit from day one of high school like many NBA superstars were. In fact, he barely reached the 6-foot mark as a freshman. That changed by the time he started his junior year as he sprouted up to 6-8. As a senior, he played in the McDonald’s All-American Game and then poured in 29 points with 11 rebounds and four blocks in the Jordan Brand Classic.
