Description

The first goal an NHL player scores after joining the league is a major milestone. Casey Mittelstadt of the Buffalo Sabres made his NHL debut on March 29, 2018 and got his first NHL point with an assist that night. A couple nights later in a game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the young rookie recorded his first career NHL goal. This piece of hockey memorabilia shows Mittelstadt as he enters the slot in a play that would result in his first goal in the NHL. Mittelstadt has autographed this “First NHL Goal” 24×16 designed image in black paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated’s Five-Step Process.
