After being named MVP of the regular season and leading the Bulls to the No. 1 seed with a record of 62-20, he carried them to yet another NBA Finals. This time matched up against the Utah Jazz led by two of the greatest players of all-time, Karl Malone and John Stockton. In Game 6 it came down to the wire. After stealing the ball from Malone with 20 seconds left, Jordan came down the court down 85-86.
