During his first year in the NBA, Moses Moody was given the opportunity to shine to start his career. As the 14th overall pick of the 2021 NBA Draft, Moody was selected by the highly talented Golden State Warriors. His skills were put to the test as he was expected to perform alongside a high caliber Warriors roster. After a 53 win season, Golden State had a remarkable playoff run, and Moody contributed some crucial minutes. In the 13 playoff games he played, the rookie tallied a total of 41 points. Moody recorded minutes in four of the NBA Finals games against the Boston Celtics. His contributions on the court helped lift the Warriors to their seventh NBA Finals Championship.
