After his heroics led Davidson to an improbable run to the Elite Eight in 2008, all eyes were on Steph Curry from around the country. The exciting point guard continued showing his ability to shoot from anywhere in his junior season, resulting in him becoming the seventh overall pick in the 2000 NBA Draft by the Golden State Warriors. Curry had a solid start to his career as a young up-and-comer while making the Warriors relevant, but his ascension to becoming a superstar was unlike one we’ve ever seen before. The two-time MVP has revolutionized the way basketball is played by blowing past many three-point records, including the single-season and career marks. As a result, the Warriors went from relevant to a dynasty in a matter of a few years, winning four championships and breaking the single-season record for wins. The maturation of Curry’s career has been one for the ages and the all-time great has shown no signs of slowing down.
